Kolkwitzia amabilis - Beauty Bush

A deciduous medium sized shrub with a lovely arching habit with masses of small pink trumpet shaped flowers with attractive spotted yellow throats held in informal clusters in a back drop of dense dark green bluish leaves  A native to central China, it is quite hardy, plant in full sun to park shade.
